What to expect

We keep things simple and transparent so you can focus on picking your next bakery-inspired scent.

Processing time

Orders are typically packed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During launches or restocks, processing may take a little longer. Candles have a 7 day curing process. Some newly poured candles may be delayed. We will notify you in those instances.

Shipping updates

Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking at orders@leescandles.com. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.

Packaging

Candles are cushioned and boxed to help prevent damage in transit. If something arrives broken, we’ll make it right. Please take a picture immediately upon receiving a damaged candle. This will validate the exchange.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship nationwide within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a flat rate of $8 to anywhere in the United States.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at orders@leescandles.com and we’ll do our best to update it.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us immediately upon delivery at orders@leescandles.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you accept returns?

Because candles are personal-use home goods, we can’t accept returns of used or opened items. If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we’ll help.

What if I ordered the wrong scent?

If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us right away. Once shipped, we may not be able to change items, but we’ll still try to find the best solution.
