What to expect
We keep things simple and transparent so you can focus on picking your next bakery-inspired scent.
Processing time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 3–5 business days. During launches or restocks, it may take a little longer. Our candles have a curing time of 7 days at minimum
Shipping updates
As soon as your label is created, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking. If you don’t see it, check spam or email us.
Packaging
Candles are cushioned and boxed to help prevent damage in transit. If something arrives broken, we’ll make it right.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the United States.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us at orders@leescandles.com and we’ll do our best to update it.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you accept returns?
Because candles are personal-care home goods, we can’t accept returns of used or opened items. If something is wrong with your order, reach out and we’ll help.
What if I ordered the wrong scent?
If your order hasn’t shipped, contact us right away. Once shipped, we may not be able to change items, but we’ll still try to find the best solution.
